DH1 Lettings are a dynamic company which will do viewings up to 9 pm seven days a week and will manage properties within a 30 mile radius of Sacriston. We are landlords ourselves and know the importance of being kept up to date with the statues of your property. DH1 are an expanding company in the Durham area and we pride ourselves the service we provide both to landlords and tenants we have also recently moved into property sale providing the same level of service.

DH1 has set up a sister company called DH1 gas care covering the central heating systems as we know the importance of getting a good reliable gas safe engineer. We do cover plans from £16 per month or one of repairs giving landlord or home owners peace of mind if they heating system problems.
